4 OF 6 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FIRST GAME

Please check our website for the start date of the upcoming season.

Open Enrolment players - your games must be picked up from the bulletin board and are generally posted 5 or 6 days in advance, up to the day of the game. Check back regularly!

Full-Time players - Personal schedules will be emailed 3-5 days prior to the first game.

ALL PLAYERS must be registered for the bulletin board NOW - as noted in previous messaging.

YOUR own personal and unique schedule will follow 3-5 days prior to the season's first game.
You should have already received several other pre-season emails.
You must sign in prior to dressing
Your spot may be given away if you have not signed in 10 minutes prior to game time.
IF YOU DO NOT SIGN IN, YOU ARE CONSIDERED ABSENT
YOU MUST HAVE REGISTERED FOR THE BULLETIN BOARD AND TESTED IT - BEFORE WE BEGIN THE SEASON

Week ONE Pre Game Procedure - ONLY FOR WEEK ONE
Staff will be at the rink no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the first game. Please do not arrive before this time.
Arrive in time to pick up your jersey and get dressed by the specified time
For the FIRST WEEK ONLY: Allow yourself a few minutes MORE than you normally would, due to the anticipated slow down of jersey pick-ups and everyone learning the system.
We will be set up in the main lobby handing out jerseys and signing players in.
See one of our staff at the sign-in table and you will receive your game jerseys (all colours and #'s are issued on a first-come basis).
Sign the game sheet and jersey assignment form and you'll receive a dressing room assignment
Go to the dressing room and get ready to play hockey!!!!

Weekly Pre Game Procedure - ALL Subsequent Weeks:

The check-in area for the EARLY game will always be in the Main Lobby and We will come into the dressing room prior to subsequent games to sign you in.
Staff will be available no more than 20 minutes prior to the first game of the night.
Find the sign-in person
Provide your correct number and team assignment.
Go to the dressing room and get ready to play hockey!!!!
Repeat, next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
