below, then mail or fax it to us ASAP:
**Early
Bird Discounts DO NOT apply to printed, mailed or
cheque payments. Early Bird discount payments are ONLY honoured for online
registrations.
Instalment Payments are available if required,
please add a $5 Service Charge per instalment
(maximum of 3 instalments over the first 6 weeks of the season)
Payment must be submitted
with application
form.
Without
accompanying payment, applications are unacceptable and will be discarded.
Please ensure a
payment method is enclosed or indicated when applying.
Receipts are
automatically issued for online registrations, for offline registrations your cancelled cheque or credit
card
invoice is your receipt.
Pay per game
is only available for first time players during the Summer Season and only for their FIRST game. Players may not 'pay as they go' and must sign as FT or PT players
after their initial trial game. This option may be unavailable.
